Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The authors investigate the phenomenon of the game from a new point of view: the game is an opportunity to analyze the less obvious aspects of social relations. Four sociological games are presented - "Totems and tribes", "Greeks and Persians", "Agora" and "The collapse" -, to be done together within organizations, research teams, offices. They are games to create occasions of imagination, to govern the emergence of latent conflicts. Based on the most up-to-date sociological studies, the text enhances the human capacity to get involved, to participate in relational dynamics, avoiding hiding behind the alibi of embarrassment or incompetence.
