Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume deals with the issue of computer-mediated communication and learning processes that are activated in particular in discussion forums. In this perspective, a psycho-pedagogical analysis model is proposed, presenting the results of its application in the field and highlighting the value of the tool for the activation and evaluation of online tutoring actions
