Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution intends to investigate some salient aspects in the management of complex class groups, starting from the analysis of the term "complexity" at a macro social level. The characteristics of complexity of the class and the need for an accessible and universal teaching design (UDL) as a response to these peculiarities are then introduced. The contribution ends with some postures and methodologies that the teacher should acquire to "stay in complexity".
