Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Sexual experiences in adolescence can be experienced in a positive way, helping the adolescent on his growth path, or, on the contrary, binding himself to more risky trajectories, such as those of unprotected sexual behavior and early pregnancy. Becoming a parent in adolescence is a difficult event that involves the complexification of the evolutionary path, accelerating and forcing entry into the adult world. The volume, through an updated theoretical discussion on the subject, presents the main risk and protection factors that influence the adolescent's sexual behavior and its decision-making process in the case of an early pregnancy. Alongside these aspects, a review of the most recent models of sex education intervention is proposed. The text is aimed at operators who work closely with preadolescents and adolescents, presenting, in the second part of the volume, useful methodologies and tools for planning and implementing prevention and sexual education interventions.
