Abstract
The first section of the contribution analyzes the historiographic production of Ge Zhaoguang from the Eighties to today, highlighting his main works and the most significant research themes. The second proposes the Italian translation of his unpublished speech, entitled “Imagining a way of narrating Global History”, in which Ge Zhaoguang reflects on the application of the historiographical perspective of Global History to the Chinese context.
