[Autom. eng. transl.] The Volume actually presents all the features among which it was obliged to choose, being a critical edition, conducted on an unpublished source and coupled with an intorduzionem a note bal text and a punctual comment with full recognition of the sources. The text is an unpublished notebook by the sixteen year old D'Annunzio in which - and this is the fundamental aspect - he does not limit himself to learning the Tuscan, but he fine-tunes his writing modality that will always lead to the vocabularies, and that already here it shows itself fully mature. In the appendix is reproduced in color the original notebook, kept in the Cantonal Library of Chur (Switzerland)
