Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After defining some types of texts that can be included in the “vitae Christi” genre, we examine some of their fifteenth-century editions, proposing a more analytical lunge on the oldest Italian edition of an anonymous narration of the life of Jesus, the very rare Life of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary, Bologna, Baldassarre Azzoguidi, 1474 (ISTC iv00304050).
