Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contemporary world is undergoing various crises that require an integral approach to rethink development. The transformations taking place require relationships based on mutual recognition and the assumption of responsibility. Promoting training processes according to a model of solidarity development that crosses generations and geographical borders is the key to fostering inclusive, sustainable and generative growth.
Pedagogy, as a theoretical-practical science on the educability of the person, reinforces training for integral human development, in the world of work, in the university and in civil society, aimed at outlining aware citizens and responsible professionals, to make solidarity bonds sprout , in the perspective of the common good. Formation for integral human development is responsibility and planning commitment for sustainability, it places the human person at the center, the protagonist in the construction of the future, to establish a new educational pact, of care for oneself and others.
