Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes the management processes of formal and informal training in the workplace, starting from a strategic-managerial perspective. In particular, it highlights the progressive replacement of the community by the hierarchy as an effective model of value creation starting from the observation of knowledge development and management processes (at the base of the creation of value) in the world of work. The cases analyzed show that the ability of individuals and organizations to remain competitive in their reference markets passes from the ability to recognize and valorise informal learning that is increasingly developed on the occasions of exchange between nodes of physical and virtual networks in which these are inserted.
