Formazione e innovazione. Il Master in Management delle Istituzioni Scolastiche e Formative

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume presents one of the results of the first edition of the Maser University of II level in Management of School and Educational Institutions, established and activated by the Milan Polytechnic (SUM - School of Management for School Institutions, Universities and Research Institutions - in the MIP consortium, the Polytechnic's Business School) and the Catholic University (Faculty of Education). The text returns a part of the participants' work represented by the project work, innovation projects with which the students experimented an integrated design aimed both at the immediate application and verification of the tools acquired during the Master and at the operative meeting with the different scholastic contexts . Each of the project works represents at the same time the result of a documentary, analytical and design work - directly connected with the professional experience of those who processed it - and the starting point - even if relatively advanced - of a further commitment to realization and development. In addition to the presentation of the various project works, at the end of the volume, a brief afterword focuses on some further lines of reflection that can be deduced from the analysis of the work carried out by the graduates of the Master from which it is possible to obtain ideas of strategic and cultural order concerning the elaboration of the professional profile, therefore training, of the head teacher and his strategic function for the development of the school system.
