Abstract
The multidimensionality of environmental issues, in
particular climate change, requires a new ability to analyze
the relationships between companies, institutions,
businesses, research and training and careful planning
of «generating» training courses, including soft and
green skills.
The research path presented, in a pedagogical key and
with particular attention to sustainability and climate
change, aims to design a training model that connects
the business world and the academic world, reducing
the gap and promoting a common language in terms
of sustainability and skills.
