Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution highlights the need to weave educational alliances between all the subjects, bodies and institutions that contribute to the education of minors. A key role is assumed by the school, which could be the point of connection within the community itself, the linking agent, capable of developing and supporting connections, relationships and exchanges. In this process, a fundamental position is that of teachers, who are asked to develop relational and communicative skills, which allow them to encourage meeting rather than division, increasing the culture of participation. Establishing and fostering relationships with the community is a professional qualification factor for teachers and it is necessary to initiate training courses to develop these skills. The article presents the reflections arising from research-training experiences conducted with some teachers on the topic of relationships with families and with the territory, with the aim of contributing to the construction of an educating community.
