Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In contexts marked by educational poverty, it is important to train secondary school teachers to deal with educational poverty and to work from a community perspective. In this regard, we intend to present the Smart School research project, in which researchers from Cespefi (Centre for studies on family and childhood pedagogy) of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart have activated actions in order to urge teachers to assume reflexive posture.
An approach was proposed that would support them in the process of knowing how to read the dynamics of community contexts. An approach that starts from the potential of a learning community, in which professional growth is based on the sharing of experiences and the co-construction of meanings.
From a methodological point of view, it was decided to use the MAG – group analysis method.
