In all levels of education and life, training should not be limited to transmitting knowledge and content, but must be thought of as a path for individual, organizational and social growth. This means understanding and embracing values such as the sense of limitations, responsibility, respect, which are pre-requisites of human and professional skills and can lead to a profound cultural change in individuals and within the community. Pedagogical reflection, so far lacking in this area, must give its contribution for a better interpretation of the theme of safety centered in the existential dimension, which becomes strategic to train workers who are fully aware of the risks, who know how to learn, communicate and find solutions.
