Abstract
This is the foreword to a practical guide aimed at easing the individual assessment of victims' needs with specific respect to criminal cases of corporate violence, in view of a better implementation of Art. 22 of Directive 2012/29/EU establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime.
