Abstract
This Focus offers a set of experiences and perspectives by victims of corporate violence (i.e., crimes committed by corporations, in the exercise of their legitimate business activity, which result in harms to people's life or health), law and medicine professionals who have dealt with this kind of offences, and scholars in the fields of criminal law and restorative justice, stemming from an international research and training project on 'Victims and Corporations. Implementation of Directive 2012/29/EU for victims of corporate crimes and corporate violence'.
