Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Among the many merits to be included in milk, there is also that of being an excellent development substrate for bacteria that perform important functions to support human well-being and health. The milk must therefore be considered not only a food for humans but also for the bacteria that allow man to make the digestive system function at its best, including in this the defense and immuno-modulation functions.
