Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The matters delegated by the national collective labor agreement to the company contract, bilateralism, truces in the event of a strike, the powers of the workers' representatives, the measurement of union representation and the effectiveness of the collective agreement are elements that, in the credit, characterize a robust system of collective labor relations. These elements have some peculiarities which, in this essay, are also studied with reference to some selected case studies, referring to current events. For the purposes of the investigation, a scientific survey of these elements is carried out, highlighting their strengths and criticalities, observing national and European regulatory dynamics. In the conclusions, the current collective bargaining system is analyzed, also in relation to the contract renewal of December 2019, considering the ongoing comparison between labor relations and advanced technology that transforms the credit enterprise (fintech and organization 4.0).
