Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In dealing with the reality and institutional dynamics of Valtellina, attention was focused on local public services. The structures of the discipline were examined, also in terms of organization, with a view to greater openness to competition, identifying the profiles of criticism but also the potential for development and growth of the territory.
