Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This essay presents the results of a study aimed at analyzing the approach of the wage supplements reformed in 2021, also following the impact that Covid-19 has had on our system of income support during the employment relationship. It starts from the analysis of the risk of unemployment and carries out an examination of the currently existing social security managements, highlighting the theoretical and applicative criticalities of the 2021 reform (CIGO, CIGS, FSB - bilateral solidarity funds, FNC - new skills fund). The very weak relationship with the reactivation policies in the labor market is observed and a reflection is proposed on the relationship between income support systems during the employment relationship and what is characterizing the future of work, also in a perspective of European construction of such systems.
