Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] CFD offers graduates in philosophical, humanistic and economic disciplines the tools and skills necessary to successfully enter the world of business and professional consulting firms. We live in a world of increasing complexity, which requires the inclusion in the business and professional context of people prepared to think flexibly and creatively, who know how to find innovative solutions, integrate them into a system of human relations and communicate them effectively. In this context, specialized and sectoral skills are not enough to respond to the challenges that are continually thrown into the world of work. The approaches that are traditionally defined as humanistic allow, by their very nature, a system view, able to manage complexity and, when supported by the necessary technical skills, to develop new, sustainable and wide-ranging proposals.
