Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Rivers of words are spent on food, but saying things so mixed that it is difficult to navigate. Rather than adding others, this book wants to stop some of them, in the belief that the problem of eating is at the origin of the reflection on man, and that our relationship with the world is mediated by food even before technique. The book is divided into three sections. Eating is a great thing focused on the paradoxes of food. Food misunderstandings travel between food, literature and philosophy. Finally, uncertain bodies face the new prisons of the body, an always ambivalent reality that resists manipulation of ideologies and the market.
