Abstract
For obvious reasons, Italy found itself at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19. The blog post surveys Italy's leading policies (as of March 2020): containing and slowing down the outbreak; boosting up the national healthcare system to assist COVID-19 patients; supporting enterprises and families against the economic effects of the situation and the ensuing measures.
