In this chapter, the conditions concerning the characteristics of viticulture and its products are described. In the first part, some methods to define the nutritional requirements of the vine in different situations are examined (grape varieties, areas of production), also thanks to the illustration of some emblematic case studies.The second part include the description of the main nutritional deficiencies (K, Mg, B, Fe) , reporting the photos of the symptoms and information about the causes, preventions and cure.
