Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The economic theory of fiscal federalism, originally due to the economist, an expert in public finance, Richard. A. Musgrave, has now assumed its typical relevance also in constitutional law. The contribution constitutes the encyclopedic entry for the Digest of Public Disciplines, concerning the notion of fiscal federalism in constitutional law, with regard also to the meanings assumed in the Italian legal system, with reference to the financial autonomy of the Region
