Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In a changing context it is necessary to overcome resistance to change, overcome old stereotypes and, above all, understand the value of diversity, avoiding all forms of discrimination. This is the challenge that a banking company - the Cariparma Crédit Agricole Group - has chosen to face, demonstrating its belief in investing in gender strategies as a qualification of the company profile and as a tool capable of generating innovation. The most authentic expression of this investment - which is at the same time cultural, social, economic and professional - is given by the realization of the "Artemisia" project, the result of training and research conducted with the collaboration of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
