Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] What happened during the pandemic period in terms of loneliness and social isolation has made us more aware of the importance of social relationships outside the family, both for the well-being of individual family members and for the entire family.
Building community environments and taking an active part in these processes is a crucial social task that families can carry out, thus contributing to the creation of social contexts that are attentive to people's needs and in which it is possible to experience reciprocal and cooperative exchanges. All this implies the activation and consolidation of reliable relationships, both face to face and digital. A three-year quantitative-qualitative research on a specific intersubjective context constituted by parishes highlights how these relationships, interpersonal and digital, have permanently entered everyone's daily life.
The investigation conducted highlights that through these relationships, experienced both in presence and through the use of digital communication technologies, parishes generate specific forms of community that represent fundamental places for socio-educational processes.
The educational theme is now central to social dynamics: in this regard, parents and families can build alliances with other significant adults, such as educators and catechists who work within parishes, thus facing today's educational emergency not alone , but together with other adults and creating effective socio-educational synergies.
