Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This paper intends to highlight the educational challenges of the relationship between family and work, recognizing that the achievement of sustainability and well-being at work and in one's personal life depends on this relationship. Among the obstacles to achieving a good relationship between the two life contexts are the implicit expectations that guide the two worlds, which are focused on the individual and which require, in order to be dismantled, to assume a systemic and relational perspective, in which to glimpse responsibilities as shared both in the work and family and community contexts. In addition to this, the paper intends to support how in the relationship between family and work it is necessary to promote exchange, the permeability of boundaries, so that people can bring their own contribution to work, aware that many skills are learned in extra-work contexts.
