Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] A journey into the world of food and wine as we don't often see; a journey perhaps even risky, made up of unprecedented mixes. That is, made up of stories, reflections, memories, proclamations and positions, made up of lyrical suggestions and specific skills. A way of "thinking" about food and wine that this second issue of Pantagruel has provocatively wanted to propose by combining the simple and the complex, the naive and the ironic, daring speculation with prudent description. Also combining words with the images of a photographer who, in the world of food and wine, knows how to show us what it, perhaps, does not know it is; but more intensely it shakes it from within. A volume that will attract and intrigue all operators in the agri-food sector; a sector that has never before shown its desire to grow… and not only “economically”, and all the numerous fans of good food and good wine, in other words, of good living.
