Abstract
The differential diagnosis between TB and NTB lymphadenitis is\r\nstill a clinical challenge because a definitive cultural diagnosis is\r\nnot always achievable. Moreover, microbiological analyses still\r\nrequires a long time for definitive results, and a delayed diagnosis\r\nis associated with an increased risk of disseminated disease.\r\nIndeed, the proposed model still deserve attention due to its\r\npossible ability in suggesting a hard diagnosis in a easy, rapid, noninvasive\r\nand non-expensive way, but it needs to be improved by\r\nmulticentric studies based on national scale.
