Europa e cosiddetta competizione tra ordinamenti giuridici

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay examines a relatively new aspect of the phenomenon of European integration, especially through a series of jurisprudential cases that have led the doctrine to speak of a new method of competition between legal systems. The author critically examines both this reconstruction and the perspective it opens up. It then takes into consideration the hypothesis of a European codification on the contract not as a substitution of the national disciplines tout court but as an instrument of discipline of the contracts having moments of connection between several European states.
