Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This contribution analyzes the presence and treatment of exiles and political refugees in ancient Greece. It identifies the known typologies of exiles, investigates the perception of refugees by both the countries of origin and the host countries and places the phenomenon of exile in its legal context.
