Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The motion passed on November 1st at the Dresden city council with 39 votes in favor and 29 against, aimed at declaring a state of emergency for the situation relating to Nazi extremism, is an event that must lead to a serious reflection on the state of understanding. of right-wing extremism and its potential scope. This situation is part of a broader European and international framework, painted by some of the most legitimate reports such as Europol's Te-Sat and the Global Terrorism Index. In reference to the last year, both reports highlight important elements, to place the risk and threat associated with right-wing extremism in a new light.
