Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Daily existence is exposed to differentiated and constant risks, yet often we have only a limited awareness of the dangers. Security is certainly one of the fundamental components of our life, yet it is not always considered in its true importance. Shared security can promote work well-being, but to "work safely" it is necessary, first of all, to get used to "thinking confident" in a logic of global well-being that involves the person in any context and situation of life. This book, with the contribution of researchers and professionals, analyzes the issue of safety from an interdisciplinary point of view, and constitutes an excellent work tool for all those who daily deal with problems related to risk, not only as scholars or "specialists" in the sector, but also because they actually operate in organizational contexts.
