Abstract
The pandemic time has deprived people of life stability and has transformed it into “random moments” that risk leaving no trace. The professionals helper are not exempt, called to recognize themselves in vulnerability, in discontinuity, in the distance from the other, in the wound people pain. The contribution develops an anthropological and pedagogical interpretation of these difficult experiences for educational and helping work, and outlines the accompanying role of educators and pedagogical counsellors in the health and human emergency scenario.
