Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The study analyzes the transition paths to work and career in two central sectors of the southern economy (ICT and Loisir) highlighting limits and obstacles deriving from the organizational field in which these workers operate as well as from the scarce opportunities of an asphyxiated labor market.
