Abstract
This paper begins by considering that the training process to enhance learning has to promote three phases: to bring out experience, to transform experience in knowledge, to share new knowledge. The article’s aim is to demonstrate that group is the best method for realizing these phases. The training group, in fact, allows experience’s development and knowledge’s socialization.
This kind of training process is focused on the learner and became a tool to transform and change organization of work and professional practices.
