Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The protection against illegitimate dismissals is the result of a jurisprudence that starts from the art. 3 of law 604/1966 and that is from the notions of justified subjective and objective reason and has undergone a wide interpretative evolution that is intertwined with numerous modifications of the techniques and methods of legal protection against the illegitimate act.
