Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Although the theory of codes combines ingenious mathematical insights with very useful practical applications, it remains practically unknown to the general public. For this reason, in this article we propose a series of activities that allow secondary school students to approach some topics of this fascinating discipline. In particular, the ideas of detector code and corrector code proposed by Hamming are presented by mixing elements of gamification with experiential learning.
