Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from the ruling of the Court of Cassation which authorized the interruption of power supply and hydration in a case of permanent vegetative state, the text reflects on the fact that the legislative powers remain exercisable also in relation to the legal question addressed in this sentence, with consequent repercussions on the effects of the same if in actual fact they have not yet been produced.
