Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] To start with very simple situations, suppose there are only two agents. In the Hobbesian tradition, it can be considered that it is the force that determines how much each can affirm and defend his autonomy and constrain that of others, or, vice versa, be forced to accept constraints on his own. Typically this view is applied to relatively primitive living conditions.
