Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The culture of the circular economy, between controversies and ambiguities of different gender, marks a profound change in the concept of work. This implies effective governance in the use of resources and requires combining scientific and technological research with the training of human resources to achieve lasting results in the economic and environmental fields. Pedagogical reflection is called to identify opportunities and limitations, to contribute to the implementation of new skills for young people, in a scenario characterized by global processes towards sustainability. The book is characterized by a renewed relationship between pedagogy and the world of work, dealing with emblematic themes of professional activity: the dynamism of green jobs, new areas of work characterized by green skills, to improve the quality of life and enhance the development of human resources. The formation of young people is a metaphor for the future that awaits us. At the service of man, professional activities are vocation, skills, project to educate responsible and balanced lifestyles.
