[Autom. eng. transl.] The recent reform of the Third sector completed with the approval of the legislative decrees 117/2017 (Code of the Third sector), 112/2017 (Social enterprise) and 111/2017 (5 X thousand) designed for the "religious institutions recognized "a" special discipline "that subtracts them in part from the common regime envisaged for Third Sector Entities and for the Social Enterprise and in any case subjects them to obligations and benefits specific to the new discipline. The volume collects the contributions of the "Religious Institutions and Third Sector Reform" Study Conference organized in May 2018 by the Department of Legal Sciences of the Piacenza campus of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and analyzes the most relevant aspects of the subject: impact of the reform on the activity of the bodies of religious confessions; definition of the concept of "civilly recognized religious entities", ways of implementing the new rules and their impact on the general principles of the canonical order and in the relations between the State and religious denominations; "Special regime" of the third sector and social enterprise of the civilly recognized religious bodies.
