Enti locali e scuole per la prevenzione alla dispersione scolastica: uno studio documentale

[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper presents an exploratory study on projects activated for the prevention of school dropout, identifying some characterized by territorial agreements between local authorities, comprehensive institutes and third sector bodies. The research, in exploratory terms, has made use of a desk survey, through keywords with the main search engines, integrated by the examination of the reports of the major foundations active in the Italian context for the fight against school dropout. The analysis of the projects has allowed them to be divided into three macro-categories: prevention, fight and recovery. The continuation of the study intends to further investigate the category of projects having the local authority as a pivot. Initially, it is considered appropriate to conduct a study on a territory identified on the basis of two main criteria: implicit dropout rate and existence of territorial projects for the prevention of school dropout having the local authority as the leader (Municipal notice board). Attention will be given to the reconstruction and mapping of the processes developed in the territory considered in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of the network processes. The final objective is to outline effective guidelines for the territory for the prevention of the dispersive phenomenon.
