Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] These pages recount the evolution of Enjoy Your Learning (EYL), which from a cultural project born from the dream of changing education is now a non-profit association that promotes the meeting between young talents, teachers and companies with the intention of develop innovative learning learning paths. The relationship between universities and the digital world is analyzed starting from a meticulous recognition of international literature on the subject, to then describe in detail the successful experience of EYL, in which innovative didactic paths have been placed at the service of an unprecedented interaction between students , teachers and the business world. The undisputed protagonist of EYL is the Talent Academy competition, a veritable experiential gym where young talents challenge each other for prestigious companies with new communication projects. The initiative has so far facilitated the allocation of more than eighty paid internships and over ten employment contracts, demonstrating the effectiveness of this approach. The volume is addressed to those teachers and trainers interested in rediscovering teaching as a fundamental tool for opening up to the world of work, with a strong orientation to social media and audiovisual ones, to co-create knowledge and continue to innovate it in its methods of transmission.
