[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from a research path promoted by the Higher Institute for Occupational Safety and Prevention, the book deals with organizational issues related to the design and testing of new training action logics in the areas of health and safety at work. In the first part the theoretical frames of reference are deepened, giving particular emphasis to the issues of safety, risk, health and organizational well-being that are reread through the construct of the sustainability of social life and safety training. In the second part some concrete innovative experiences are proposed as repertoires of formative practice in the field. The emphasis is on a "relevant" training, not separated from problems and contexts, which has a real influence on the organizational processes it faces.
