Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the article the authors describe the two theatrical laboratories operating at the Magenta Psychiatric Operating Unit - the external integrated theater laboratory, the internal theater laboratory. The first has the characteristics of a city theater laboratory, with the participation of people from different backgrounds, ages and socio-cultural conditions, including patients from psychiatric services; it takes place outside the hospital producing several spectacular results annually. The second one takes place inside the psychiatric service and sees the exclusive participation of patients, often in unstable conditions, even serious ones. The two activities achieve different but interconnected rehabilitation goals that promote a increasingly widespread and integrated mental health culture at the city level.
