Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This article analyzes the cinematographic transposition of the novel "Anna Karenina" in the version by the director Bernard Rose (1996). Through the analysis of some scenes, it is shown how the film failed to be faithful to the original and how some American stereotypes were applied to the Russian reality.
