Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The early topping of the shoots not only changes the geometric arrangement of the vegetation, but induces strong changes on the physiology of the plant which must be taken into account in order to properly choose how to operate. These changes, in fact, have a decisive influence on the physiology of the foliage and, therefore, on the quality of the product.
