Abstract

where the relationship between teacher and student is inappropriate due to his incapability to manage the classroom. The school experience is made harder for many students by teachers’ low educational skills, yearly turnover (underlined also in this research) and limited teaching continuity. Students need to feel a strong and intense educational relationship on a human level with all the classmates and teachers. They often aren’t used to be seen as object of adult’s attentions so they need a longer time to get used to an unusual situation. Rarely, at the end, they refuse to build up an educative relationship with a person with influence and authority.
